Right now Winn’s Real Handy is looking for the “right” part time helper with the possibility of that person going full time.

Here’s why we’re different:
- Part time compensation starts at $18 per hour and can be up to $45 per hour depending on your skill level.

- We personality interview every person so that we can learn about each other, communicate effectively and be world class leaders.
- We pair you with Winn or one of our Craftspeople to continue your training in painting, cabinet refacing and carpentry.
- We have quarterly Goal Setting and Review Meetings with you personally to chart your progress and see that you accomplish your goals.
